Method 1 :
Anytime I drag a window, I get a huge green “1” on the screen and when I drop it, the window maximizes automatically.
Per Instructions posted on the MS site to correct this problem, I have:
1) control panel -> Ease of Access Center -> make the mouse easier to use -> checked: “prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen”
2) control panel -> Ease of Access Center -> “make the keyboard easier to use -> checked: “prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen”
The problem still persists. Any way to correct this, I am unable to drag screens around.
